Overview
The Universal Padding Mangle is a laboratory-scale continuous fabric treatment system for applying chemical finishes, dyes, resins, and functional coatings to textile substrates. The precision-engineered squeeze rollers with adjustable nip pressure deliver consistent wet pickup rates across the fabric width, making it an essential tool for textile finishing R&D and small-batch production.
Compatible with woven, knitted, and nonwoven fabrics, the system features speed control, roller pressure adjustment, and a chemical trough for immersion treatment before the nip point.
